The Dual Black cartridges lasted less than 3 months before being declared empty - despite the fact that there was still plenty of ink in the cartridge. The other three colors are almost empty, but they have a lot of ink! An internet search revealed that "microchips" may be obsolete. Help! The last manufacturer I bought after market refills stood behind their product that had a similar problem. Here's your chance to really make my purchase useful. Resend my order. I will revise this review if/when that happens.
