Bad smell without support.
While this product looks good and is easy to clean, it smells awful. I had to wash it several times to be bearable. It is indeed as described, but getting it to work shouldn't be that much work. When you knead the sides (which have no support) they tend to flex willy-nilly, and unless you use a container deep enough, the pusher will push the food right out.
