Review on Assenmacher Specialty Tools 8023 Disconnect by John Banks

Tiny, fast, efficient. I've never had less trouble with this line splitter. I hooked it up to the 1/2" transmission line on a Ford Torqshift/6.0PSD and gave it a little nudge. As a reward, I got a small "click", and the line came out with no fuss or hassle - same with the other side of the transmission cooler which is built into the cooler. found it easy to operate with one hand. This is somewhat hard (and anodized) aluminum 7xxx series, just a small stain on the front edge of the tool after use (on steel cable and steel fitting).I think this will last hundreds of uses - much better than nylon or trying to use a milk jug handle.I love this little tool so much I will be purchasing other sizes in the kit for the fuel and air conditioning lines . too simple.
