Pros: overall does what it is supposed to do side pocket very useful good condition after 3 months comfortable straps under the airplane seat doesn't tilt too much if your pets move while you are carrying it cons: it collapses when you have more window zippers that open soft sides, meaning it's hard for your pet to tuck in if they resist.
