Perfect for scaling!
I used to rarely use FaceTime or Skype, so I didn't care if the camera (on my MacBook Pro) was always at an odd angle. But now that I'm scaling multiple times a day in this new world, I've had to get something (other than a stack of thick books!) that will hold my computer at just the right height and angle for me to look straight at myself. camera, not below. This lention is perfect for this task. It's lightweight, highly adjustable, yet very stable. Highly recommended.
