See original review below. Now I'm frustrated with a Sonos device that pulls out 1.6GB every night for no particular reason. I sent a message to Sonos Support and their automated system replied that someone would get back to me within 1 business day. heard nothing With the recent decision to lock down devices and prevent customers from using outdated hardware, I'm concerned that the company will stumble over its own incompetence after its initial market success. You have purchased a Pre-Smart system. We have used this with two Bose satellites in the room and the sound from them is Bose quality and its function is Sonos quality. Very satisfied. I hope they come down in price in the future, but given the Sonos ecosystem, I don't think that's the reality.
