I needed a fairly compact blender that I could take with me when traveling and most "mini blenders" seemed underpowered with their 250-300w motors and lots of reviews said they burned out while working. was used. This blender isn't as light and portable as some, but it has 1000W of power and blends easily. It also has a thick and durable blender blade with six stainless steel blades. I also have a Vitamix blender that I use for big jobs, but it weighs 5 times more and costs 12 times more than this one. Also, it is hard work and this one is very easy to clean. So I use it to make health drinks and smoothies and save the Vitamix for larger tasks.
