Update firmware to latest version 2.01.03 I believe the link to the MyDlink site has been removed and only allows use on mobile devices. Desktop use was the reason I chose dlink cameras and I will never buy one again. The second one I have of this model works fine and I don't update the firmware. Major failure. The support team is a maze of useless people and there is still no email reply from the support team. UPDATE: Bearish customer service. finally replied and said that after updating the firmware, this device only works with the app and can no longer connect to the internet. The latest product is dlink.
