no DVD player in my opinion
There is no DVD player installed, so the customer needs to purchase an external DVD player separately. HP technical support is terrible. The interactive screen reader puts you in a loop and you never get to speak to a representative. Purchase at your own risk.
- Only about 2 weeks but so far so good.
