It's great to know that you can notify someone even when they are not online! The only issue I have with this tool it sometimes takes up more time than other tools out there (like Crashlytics). Just give them a try first before deciding what works best for your app/project! We use this service for all of our Android applications we build at my current job as well as many apps from clients. This helps us be able to resolve issues faster since notifications will go straight into their phones instead of having to wait until next day or emailing support@ourAppNameHere.com!
