So easy to use and even easier to clean - just two parts and then wipe down the unit. I got this mainly for juicing 4-16 oranges at a time. Don't be fooled by reviewers who say the pen is dangerous. Chances are they placed the juicer in an awkward spot, or they have very young children trying to reach the counter to serve it. Mine sits on a standard 36" tall granite countertop about 16" from me when I push the handle down. It would be weird to leave it with the handle up when not in use, but you have to shake it so it can fall off. Nevertheless, there is a rubber buffer, and the handle is covered with thick rubber. Again, you'll need to place it in a very awkward place in your kitchen for it to pose any possible threat in the first place. It can deliver about 10% less juice than the best lengthening methods, but it certainly makes up for it with speed and convenience. I had nothing but sweet juice from this method, even when I pushed the handle all the way down until it "snapped". Very thick-skinned lemons will naturally squeeze out some of the bitter oil if you use force. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it. This - you understand - required you to actually wait for the engine to "cool down" every orange half or so! No, no, not me. That's ridiculous).
