I like a cup of coffee in the morning so this coffee maker is perfect for me. I like that this can be adjusted to fit my travel mug or regular mug when I'm working from home. Unfortunately, after 6-7 months of relatively light use, my machine has stopped working and is now blowing hot steam from the top. instead of running the water through the coffee grounds. I tried to clean and descale as much as possible without taking anything apart. I have attempted to contact the company in three different ways and have only received one response through Revain's contact function which does not allow for further communication. The only advice offered was to try descaling, which didn't work. I even contacted the warranty information listed in the user guide they sent me after purchase and got no response. my problem. I've been patiently waiting for them to help me for over 2 weeks and I think I just need to buy a new car from someone else. It was a great product with poor reliability ruined by non-existent customer service.
