This charger stopped working after just a few days, repeatedly giving an over voltage warning when connected to a computer. I ordered two as they needed to be stronger and more durable than other, cheaper chargers. A few months ago I literally received three packs of third party chargers to come. So I called customer service and asked for a replacement. First complaint, I get someone I can barely understand which is not uncommon as I have a heavy southern accent and they have a foreign accent. Then she wants me to send them back the cable they sent me. Okay, where did you get the tag? You don't have a printer. No, ma'am. Don't have access to one? No, I do not know. At this point, I think about why I should bother typing. Pause for a few minutes. Ok no problem, just take it to UPS with the code we send you and they will send it back. Okay, there is no UPS store here. Don't have an Ups store? Of course not. Ouch. wait again We'll be back - no problem! Aps brings the label! Does that mean I have to be home to deliver this cable to you in person? Yes, but they will have a label. Em. I work Monday through Friday. Could you send a replacement in a box with a tag in the box, I'll put the old cable in there and put it on the porch for them to collect? No, it does not work out this way. After 20 minutes on the phone - don't worry about it. I just think it's a waste of money. Usually Amazon stands behind their products, I really hope that person was just a bad representative of the company. Update: I bought 2 packs and the second died after about a week. Revane suggested I send them back and they sent me two more. One of them also stopped working. So 1 out of 4 still works. I will return them all and only get a refund.
