I really liked how easy it was to use this software - as an employee or manager you are able to log in when ever needed so that there's no need to worry about being late with deadlines etc! As someone using matter myself i have noticed some minor bugs but they seem small enough not be too much bother (they're only temporary). The support team were very quick to respond whenever issues arose which helped me solve them quickly before any problems occurred again during my project time-frame/deadline period. There isn't anything bad either side although if anyone has suggestions then please do let us know because we'd love feedback from our customers!! We've been working together since March 2018 however due to budget cuts within government departments many projects had their budgets cut by 20%.
