Easy to set up, easy to use by our team of salespeople. Our clients love it! Nothing. It works great in every environment we've put it into -- from large retail stores to small offices/call centers - and all sizes in between. We have had very few issues with any client or user in over 12 years that I've been working with them, but if there's anything at all they want changed just let me know. I honestly cannot think of one thing as our customers are so happy using this app. They also loved how quickly my team got started learning about all of their options when compared to other apps out there.
