Bought on 02/17, now 06/28. I've been camping maybe 3-4 times which means I opened and closed the tank valve maybe 10 times. The cable gland has moved away from the fitting closest to the handle. It took me an hour to install this thing. It feels solid and I was really looking forward to years of reliable performance, but yesterday the cable box flew out of the end when I closed the valve. My trailer is a 2019 model and the original valve stopped closing completely. This replacement valve no longer works. I had to cut a hole in the bottom of my trailer to hold the cable when I squeeze the handle. Obviously it was built without quality thinking. I've just ordered another replacement from another company and am hoping the next one is built to last. This company needs to do a much better job of crimping the clamp that holds the cable. When pushing or pulling, the bushing must not come out of the end bracket.
