I have never tried cupping before so this was a new experience for me. I bought this to see if it helps with fine lines. I was a bit nervous at first but it was really easy to use. The instructions were pretty comprehensive. I had to search the internet to find out that when using on the face it is not recommended to leave the cups in one place. You have to keep them moving. Of course, it is important to read the instructions before use. You have to use oil (or I even used a moisturizer) for the suction to work well. And as others have said, I would recommend only doing face glasses at night because your face will get a little red. I love a cleansing facial scrub and I love how my face feels afterwards. I haven't actually used the kit long enough to see too much improvement in fine lines, but my skin feels better. I definitely plan to keep using it. I haven't used a large body shell, but I've heard that it helps with body aches. I'm also curious how it works on cellulite. I will definitely try!
