Easy for my team to use with all of our different departments in house as well as those we provide services too! It's really easy to setup profiles/roles & track progress through out the year (or even just month). I wish there was an option where you could set up multiple people at one time but it does allow us to see how each person progresses throughout their role. This has been such a huge help when trying to keep everyone informed about expectations during training periods and also keeping them updated after they've started working within your organization. There are some things which will require more customization than others - like if you want something other then "New Employee" displayed initially this may not support you fully however once customised it works perfectly fine. The benefit being shown here is tracking progress across roles, teams etc.
