Gave this to my 23 month old for Christmas. He loves her; much better and easier to stack than smaller blocks and they have so many uses. Not only did we introduce him to Jenga, we built towers and walls, and they're perfect for toddler dominoes - string a few ends together and let him knock them over. He'll be making numbers in a few months, and a lot of these dice have numbers (1-9) printed on them, which is great for that too. As for the blocks, half the purpose of buying them rather than cutting them yourself was to skip all the filing and sanding. As for these, they are sanded well so there are no chips on them and I feel very comfortable letting my little one play with them. Very happy with it.
