What a rip off! Best in Toy Builder

What a plagiarism! At our house our 3 year old grandson LOVES to play with the Lincoln Logs set his dad had when he was a kid so we gave him his own set as a birthday gift to take home. I opened it and admired the huge tin can. For $40, I expected this tin to be chock full of Lincoln logs. Great quality and fun but limited unless you buy additional sets

I bought this set for my 4.5 year old son and it was a great purchase. The logs are made of hard, durable wood and he can easily stack them. He still has trouble following directions (I have to explain to him where all the logs go), but once I give him directions there's no problem. Excellent quality logos. The composition of the set and the number of logs are not impressive

I grew up with my grandparents' Lincoln Logs set which was a well rounded set with interlocking pieces and most of them stuck together when they did put together were put together. This last point is crucial for fencing your log home with vertical and longer pieces. Since there is no way to build a fence or a fence that won't tip over, my daughter's huts are vulnerable to attack from wolves, mountain lions, and other reptiles that can get right through the hut's wide-open door or climb through…

Not the Lincoln Logs I grew up with and loved! Came with 1 bad part and 2 missing parts

My grandson is 7 years old and I've always wanted to give him some blocks as toys but never did until I finally did. I grew up listening to Lincoln Logs and had so many hours of fun with them that I thought this would be the best gift for him so I bought the 111th Anniversary Edition. All the sets seem quite pricey for what you get but I figured decent quality real wood might be a bit pricey so it's worth it. The set arrived quickly and the tin was huge - like a holiday popcorn tin - but "very"

They don't look quite like the originals, but they're still worth a look!

Now that my twins are three years old it has been a lot of fun buying toys that my husband and I had when we were kids. For their third birthday, my husband was dying to get our kids Lincoln Logs because they were his favorite childhood toy and something he wanted to give our kids.
