Review on Learning Resources Jumbo Jungle Animals by John Swain

The first set I ordered didn't have a gorilla. Since I got them cheap ($12 on sale), I rarely exchanged them. I'm so glad I did. Please read as there were significant differences as you can see in the photos. The size of the original I received was great. But the quality and "painting" were terrible. The stitching was awful and misaligned and the paint looked very cheap. Honestly, dollar shop quality. However, my son liked them so I exchanged them for a new set as the one I ordered didn't have a gorilla. The new set was so different! Much better quality. Although the animals were slightly smaller than the original set, they were made of durable and heavy plastic (the original was lightweight and could be crushed). Also, the color design is much more realistic due to the replacement. I'm not sure what's going on with these items but they were almost like 2 completely different brands. But they both said they were learning resources. Look at the photos and see what I'm talking about. Key Points: The original animal order was larger, lighter, softer, pliable and compressible as a good order came in a much larger box as you can see in the photo I uploaded.
