Review on VizGiz Waterproof Weatherproof Connector Extension by Fred Griffin

This RJ45 adapter is essential when you need an extension that has to withstand extreme weather conditions. I'm using this on a security camera where the ethernet cable was cut. I bought it because I live in a place with heavy rain and cold weather. I've been using it for about a month with no problems. So far it has withstood rain, wind, heat and sub-zero temperatures. I fed the pre-crimped cable through the waterproof sides and it went in easily without having to cut and re-crimp the cable after it went through the plastic part. Overall worth buying if you intend to use it outdoors.
