This is a pretty good product, I've bought three already. Everyone has a different experience of using them (probably based on where they feel pain or discomfort). One person liked the relief on their shoulders, I liked that it seemed to help with my leg pain even though I was only using it on my back. Another pointed out that it really helped ease the discomfort in her ass. Those hard rolling, ribbed balls really seem to help. The manual mentions this and I will repeat it, beware of long hair stuck in the top rollers.
