Review on 🪵 Lipper International Natural Acacia Wood Coasters, Set of 4 by Nick Mcvey

I bought these to personalize/engrave with a laser engraver. Some of them appear to be coated in a yellowish, sickly looking chemical. I do not know what that is. I don't plan to engrave them for two reasons: first, I don't know what the chemical is or if it can ignite when laser engraved, and second, they look like junk. I would be ashamed to give such. The second problem is that the bottom is already engraved with a massive and poorly made mark of the company they were made by. I cannot engrave my company information on the bottom and the photos/description do not mention this fact.
