We thought we had the one with lotion. At least that's what it says on the box. They don't feel like lotion has been added to them. Recently my husband had a severe allergy and we had to buy a new box of tissues. It's worse than using paper towels. I want to exaggerate. They are thick so you don't have to fold them like you normally would to puncture the fabric. They left his nose worse than Rudolf's. We may have gotten a "bad" batch where they forgot the lotion, but I won't be buying them online again. We only got them because there was a coupon.
