Electrical component melted

We used this for about a month to warm our outdoor porch. Today my husband noticed a smell and saw that the electrical component was melting and burning. When he tried to turn it off the cord broke, but we were able to unplug it and prevent the porch from burning. Do not recommend.

Blinding brightness, ingenious mounting and charging system, great price.

Cons

Never worked. Wasted my time. No product support.
