Customer Service at QueenDream Doesn't Live Up to Expectations

My experience as a consumer of QueenDream's online shop left me feeling dissatisfied. Although they have a large number of products available on their website, customer service was not a priority for their staff. First of all, I had a hard time getting in touch with their support staff. Calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. When I did speak to a person, they appeared both hurried and uninterested in helping me with my issues. I got the impression that my happiness wasn't a priority for them. In addition, when I received my order, I discovered that the product was different from what was advertised. I tried to get in touch with customer support to ask for a refund or exchange, but they were unhelpful. My interaction with the representative was challenging and irritating due to their lack of assistance and cooperation. There was also no effort made to assure my happiness once the sale was made. It seemed like they didn't care about how I felt as a consumer after they took my money. QueenDream's customer service had a lot to be desired in my opinion. While I like the variety of products available on their website, I was disappointed by the team's lack of knowledge and commitment to my pleasure as a customer. If you place a premium on excellent customer service, I suggest you stay far away from this company's offerings.
