I had to cut mine. covers the bumper.
As you can see from the other reviews in their photos, the sticker extends beyond the edge of the bumper so it's visible when you close the tailgate. So I had to cut out the ghost so it wasn't visible. maybe it's just my taste? But I don't think it should go over the edge of the bumper.
