I'm new to the world of cycling and bought these for a 200 mile road bike race. I didn't wear them for the first leg of the race and DEFINITELY felt a positive difference after putting the gloves on halfway through. I think that's a great price for regular cycling gloves BUT I would give 5 stars if they had a better gel pad. Overall I think it's worth buying them for long bike rides :) Thanks! I've been arguing between long or medium length fingers and am glad I went for medium length fingers as they are better for fine motor skills (e.g. using an iPhone) when worn. I bought the pink color and I love it. Average size fits me for a woman with medium sized hands ;) - Alfredo's wife
