After taking the product out of the box and plugging it into the socket (tried several different sockets). The battery protection has been removed from the remote control. Pressing did nothing, except for the flashing red light. After the troubleshooting steps I tried to sync again with the main device. After pressing and holding the ON button for 10-20 seconds, nothing happened except powering off. The indicator light on the main unit never came on. The device was bought back in September but never opened until it was used on the Christmas tree. The device cannot be returned because 30 days have passed.
