I've always said good things about EZ Ink, but not this time. I stupidly bought a set of 3 thinking but not checking it was a black cartridge which will run out quicker than a color cartridge because I usually print in black and white. After trying two of these new cartridges, only for my printer to reject them, I started reading the fine print. I ended up having to use a syringe to extract the ink and insert it into an empty black cartridge. The printer has accepted a previously used cartridge and ink. More trouble than it's worth. I can't imagine Canon's home printers using gray ink, but I could be wrong. None of the printers I've ever owned require this, just bright, blendable colors. Next time I'll just use a large spare box!
