Oh honestly I love this thing! It's really flat and comfortable, very easy to adjust. I have pants with a high waist so it needs to be tighter and then I just loosen it for a lower waist. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews but I've had it for a few months now and it has never opened without my actively opening it. Also, people have mentioned that it kind of slips out of the belt loops or whatever you have when using the bathroom, but I feel like you have to be very, very tight for that to happen! 10/17/17: Well I've been wearing it for a while now and I understand people talk about it coming out of the belt loop when going to the bathroom, but for me it's just one side and that's never enough a real one be a problem for me. I still love this shop.
