First of all, this mouthwash is so tasty that you can hardly resist drinking it. If you like Wrigley's Doublemint or Spearmint chewing gum, you'll love the overall taste of this mouthwash. But its alcohol content, while not as pungent as Listerine, is still quite strong, making it quite painful to hold in my mouth for 60 seconds, to the point where I give up. It is high in xylitol, which is not food for bacteria in the mouth. However, this mouthwash also seems to leave something in your mouth that bacteria loves to feed on. If I brush with a Squigle and don't use mouthwash, my mouth has no taste when I wake up, so no bad taste. Tastes like I've been drinking water all day. But when I use this Spry Spearmint Mouthwash I wake up with a bad taste in my mouth for some reason. I think this could be a good mouthwash to instantly freshen your breath, but it doesn't seem to work that well for hours, especially when you're sleeping.
