I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. After it arrived and I opened it to make sure it was what I expected and wasn't damaged during shipping, I had a hard time thinking about gifting it to my daughter. He was so beautiful that I wanted to keep him. With a sigh, I wrapped it up, added a sign with her name on it, and placed it under the tree. When she opened it on Christmas morning, everyone was in awe of how beautiful it was. It was fun to see her older sister hiding it in a stack of presents when the recipient wasn't looking. I may have to buy a few more of these. When I ordered it I thought it was quite expensive but after seeing it I believe the quality and beauty justifies its price. For my daughter's kitchen, holding kitchen utensils would be a great accent.
