Purchased to replace a faulty dryer heater element. Originally chose this product because it has high temp (thermal overload / high temp t-stat) replacement parts. Please check the heating elements attached to the ceramic faucet when purchasing, my element was no longer attached and was probably disconnected on delivery or removed from the factory. After installation, the heater worked for two days, after which the safety thermal protection blew. I kept the previous thermal protection from the original heating element and reinstalled it. I bought it in February 2020 and will now replace it again. The heating element lasted a year. Disassembling the dryer is a time consuming task and it will be the third time in a year that the thermal protector and now the heating element have had to be replaced. Buyer Warning.
