Our unit arrived broken, the empty handle isn't aligned with the top unit so the handle doesn't go all the way in. It cannot be leveled because it is stuck. The top unit is about 5 degrees off center and the handle is offset about 1/2 inch to the right so it doesn't close completely. ADDITIONALLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, when you sit on it, the handles of the upper and lower blocks will extend. not connected, watch the video so the top unit is not attached to the bottom unit... I see a future leak or problem. I weigh 170 pounds... so if you're heavier, you definitely have problems. We will be back and expedite the extra $30 for Porta-Potti or some other higher quality brand.
