I've been trying to avoid (or at least reduce) dairy for a long time, but my attempts so far have been unsuccessful. This is the first vegan protein powder that a) tastes decent and b) has a pretty good protein-to-calorie ratio, so it's a huge win! I also exercise and want to get enough protein, I've also found that I sometimes crave a protein shake that looks like a milkshake and I have a hard time just living without that kind of stuff. So it suits my needs. I mix 1 scoop with 1/4 cup frozen berries and 1 cup unsweetened soy milk, a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom, and some more water and ice and it works great. Glad I found this!
