Review on πŸ”Œ Type C Wireless Charging Receiver - Nillkin Magic Tag USB C Qi Wireless Charger Receiver Chip for Google Pixel/2/3a/Nexus 6P and More USB-C Phones by Alanna Scott

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nillkin is top, many connection types, "long version " type C tested here

Nillkin offers many QI addition options. Mine because my LG V20 works well with the "long version" type C. The V20 is a long phone and a small addition to the connection cable puts the coil in the sweet spot to match my 4 different QI chargers. I'm getting almost 900mA (nearly amps) per battery. This allows me to use email and GPS at the same time (for Wayz routes) - and the battery level stays at 100 percent! I flip the batteries monthly and try to unstick the Nillkin from the tape before unplugging the C-connector (on both sides). After many modifications, the cable is still firmly connected to the C-connector. I bought a spare cable and the cable expected connection to the connector would fail. Uninstall a few dozen Nillkin, change battery, reinstall Nillkin later and I'm still on the original device. The other brands are long gone. My LG V20 is in a slim protective case, the coil field in the slim case is not a problem. I'd probably take the case off for a few hours of GPS session, but for an hour or so; no overheating problems. Nobody gave me my device as a gift, and defective ones too. I need reliability and functionality and I took the time to try some of them. The Nillkin is a "junk pick" and I see no point in looking for a device that outperforms the Nillkin device.
