I installed 12 of these hooks - the hooks that come with the kit and are supposed to hold the light are NOT working properly. Lights hang from the ceiling. A sealer is required to stick it to the ceiling and close the gaps where air enters. The lighting is very bright and the dimmer works great. They fade quite a bit, which I like a lot. There is no flicker in the last 3 days of use.
