The racks themselves are great. They easily hold a household broom and mop. The equipment provided is as useless as a screen door on a submarine. The box said the anchors were 6mm thick, I used a 15/64 bit, inserted the anchors and they seemed fine but then immediately popped out under the weight of the rack. I had to use molybdenum screws. Used expansion anchors of good quality from the hardware store on the 2nd frame without any problems. If you have a good selection of optional gear you're good to go, if not, plan a visit to the store first. Assuming 3M tape is probably fine for lighter items, unless you're cursed with textured drywall.
