I have to say I was absolutely impressed with the level of service. I bought several things: a black and pink scarf; a hip scarf without gold coins, a beautiful red belly dance bra, an orange and gold hip scarf with coins, and a pink hip scarf. All scarves were in different styles. That's how good they were: - I needed to expedite delivery to a different address and they made me do it; - I wanted to combine my shipping costs because I bought several items - no problem, my shipping costs were reduced by more than 60%; - I wanted to add and change items at the last minute and although they were out of stock they emailed me within an hour to let me know I had an item (black hip scarf and gold coins) for $5 cheaper on found on their website. than Revain's listing price and they clearly deducted that money from the final bill - I had a problem with my UK credit card and they were very patient and trusting in sending the items before we could find a solution for me to avoid the expedited shipping costs And best of all, the quality is PHENOMENAL: the material of the shawl isn't quite as silky as I expected, but it's nicely lined, big enough for practice and will do the job, can't complain about the price. The only negative - I originally wanted yellow but it wasn't available, but I think that was more because it was necessary to order so they were sent out straight away. If I had time maybe they could ship it in a few days. There are tons of coins and beads in the scarves on the hips, they make a very pleasant loud noise and have not started to fall off yet. The velvet material that the scarves are made of is very durable and seems to last forever. I'm very petite (5ft 3in) and the 31" scarves were more than enough to walk around which was great, especially when I read other customers who wanted longer scarves - they just fitted my thighs perfectly. and would be too big for children. I was nervous about the sequined red beaded bra because it looked too good to be true but to be honest it is amazing, looks exactly as listed and fits me perfectly. I'm very happy to use all of these and will definitely buy again as I couldn't find better prices or really better quality than this seller: Opentip and Belly Lady.
