Review on 💡 Nuvo SF77/087 2-Light U Channel Glass: Sleek Modern Lighting by Phil Show

We were renovating our 1950's blue bathroom to its original vintage look and needed new lighting. Much of the new "retro" lighting is actually too whimsical, too elegant, too modern for a true 1950's bathroom, and of course, too expensive. I found this light fixture in Retro Renovation's pink bathroom remodel article and it's just what we needed. We bought two faucets for our large double vanity. They give a lot of light. We had to use CFL bulbs because many incandescent bulbs gave off a lot of heat. So definitely stick with CFL when using this device in a small space. However, the quality of the product packaging is terrible for shipping. Our first two lamps that we ordered arrived completely broken. Revain replaced them very quickly and the next ones arrived intact, but we could still hear a lot of loose parts rattling around in the box so it was sheer luck they weren't broken either. The price of these fittings is unbeatable. I'm so glad I found them instead of spending over $300 on lights that ended up being too elegant for the look we really wanted. If you really want to capture the look of your grandma's old house then this is the light for you. . Yes, that's a compliment! We love it.
