Packaging Best in Seasonal Décor

The envelope it came in shows it's lighter than the box and of course that's true. However, the product packaging inside the envelope was crushed and torn. The item is in the box as it is a strong metal that does not appear to be damaged. If it was anything other than metal it would break. It's a Christmas present and I'm embarrassed to tape the box together but I have no choice. Luckily this is for a very good friend who doesn't notice. Please use the shipping carton next time.
