I've had little experience with Joyoung products in the past, I've been generally happy with the quality but this one far exceeded my expectations. I received it in about a week and have made many easy recipes with it. The oven heats up much faster than a conventional oven and produces a deliciously crispy crust. It's really great for recipes like toast, fried chicken, and crispy pork belly. Most importantly, the high heating speed allows you to cook without oil, which is very convenient for healthy eating. Aside from the fact that the oven itself is also very difficult to clean, I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
