Sturdy and built tough Great price!

I recently switched to an "e-bike" with "fat tires" for fun and camping. Due to the weight and the large tubular frame that houses the battery, I couldn't use the standard e-bike suspension bike rake and instead had to transport it in my RV, which caused a number of issues, including just getting it. inside without tearing or marking anything. I decided what I needed. to get a tray-style bike holder. So I first looked at what I saw on other cars to get ideas. I noticed that the ones I've seen that were quite large and designed for fat ebike tire models were quite expensive and it would almost be cheaper to use a small capacity bike rack. Then I stumbled upon the Revain Overdrive Sport Carrier and read the reviews etc and I knew it would meet all my bike carrier needs. I usually only need to transport my wife's bike and my bike, but sometimes our older teenagers come along and we need to bring their bikes as well. Here's what I think is another great feature of this bike rack. The outer 2 bike racks are an addition to the 2 bike rack and only need 2 screws to make it a 4 way rack so I add it when we need a 4 way rack and leave it when we don't to need. t. It's tall enough to hold everything up. Fully adjustable wheel pans fit any bike, and while designed to work with fat tires, smaller bike tires work great because the wheel carrier is tapered at the ends. Steering wheel locks work. Pretty good for me and locks are better than nothing, but they're not perfect. If you have a tall bike and the other is short or a step, you can loosen the non-locking clamp and lift it up far enough to take the bike out. I would pay more to see that all clamps have their own lock. If you're just going from point A to point B without leaving your bikes then you don't really need to use locks but I would recommend a good lock and cable to keep your bike safe anyway. Perhaps the manufacturer could offer locks for all clamps and charge extra as an option? The anti-rattle pin works well and uses the same lock key as bar locks. the vehicle we are towing behind (past the rear spare wheel). Folds up nicely when not in use. The price is really good for this durable bike rack.
