Don't spend money on something that makes your teeth yellow! The dental hygienist told me they kept me warm, no one should take bleach or whitening toothpaste, it can ruin gums or cause dental problems (unfortunately I have to take something else without causing conflicts with my teeth... I'll skip using bleach Toothpaste… Best advice, ask your dentist, ask what brand you can use, choose the right toothpaste without any problems for your teeth, play it safe… I wish you the best of luck!
