Shirt fits as expected out of the box and after first wash and heat iron. However, these shirts tend to shrink a little around the neck after about 3-4 washes and ironing. I would recommend buying 1/2 size above the neck. Aside from a slight shrinkage, the shirts are excellent value for money. I have three of these and they are great! I will definitely continue to buy them in the future.
