The best thing about their service is they are constantly improving it by providing more features at affordable prices and also help me in solving my technical problems whenever needed even when I don't pay them anything as such but just use their expertise! Nothing so far because we've been quite happy using their product since past 6 years now without any complaints from our end. But there's nothing really bad except price which if considered would be very high compared to other similar products out in market currently but then again this depends completely upon what kind of business model do u want to run here. Hosting related issues like website speed loading time etc were solved instantly after paying them money.
