I had an issue with some recessed lights near my fan causing strobe through the fan blades. Bought these to deflect light from the fan and voila. the task is solved. They were incredibly easy to install. They are screwed into the existing light like a normal light and fit perfectly into the existing recessed light. They match my existing warm 3000k LED bulbs perfectly so there is no difference in light brightness or colour. Very satisfied.
