Overall this is an amazing price for 100 blades. Each of them breaks off and has 13 points, so there are a total of 1300 sharp point cuts. The blades are sharpened on top and sides, giving you a sharp edge regardless of the cutting angle. They break easily if pressed at an angle, and because they're made of carbon steel, they're magnetic. I can walk around my workspace with a neodymium magnet and it will capture any detail I may have missed while working. Or when I'm outside, it's easier to find flying parts with a magnet. The only downside to this is that the scabbards don't make it easy to remove the blades. The sharp tips of the blades face up and the sharp sides of the blade face up, so there isn't a good way to grip the blade. I try to just slide one past the flat side of the metal, but it would be a lot easier with a push button dispenser. The plastic side of the case makes it easier to slide the blades aside to grab them, but never mind, there are sharp edges that are difficult to avoid and get a new blade.
